I am a 3 year old lovable German Shorthair Pointer weighing in at 60 lbs. My mom gave me up because she had to move and couldn’t take me to her new apartment. My mom was not a disciplinarian, so I need some help there. I am very smart and listen well, but I really need formal training. As you may have heard, my breed is known for high energy. The more time you can spend with me offering mental and physical exercise, the better. I have uncanny strength in my legs, even for my breed. I can run really fast and when you take me outside to play in a fenced in area, off leash, just pay close attention because if I get distracted near the fence, I may try to jump over, or dig under. I think I may be a good candidate to try with invisible fencing. I love to play fetch and am really good at it. If you throw it, I promise to bring it back. I do like to drink lots and lots of water, so I need to go out several times a day. I love to cuddle and follow you with your every move. I am a licker too, so hope you don’t mind kisses. I am great with kids, especially young ones. Please consider adopting me. As much as I love my foster family, I can’t wait to find a permanent home
